MAGIC PALACE LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM BENEFITS / LEVELS
Magic Palace Rewards points do not have an expiry date and will remain on your card unless redeemed by the player.
Magic Palace Loyalty Level points are counted for only 365 days from the day the points are earned.

The Magic Palace Reward Program was Created with the Client as a Priority.
While playing at your Favourite EGDs (electronic Gaming Devices) or EGTs (Electronic Gaming Tables), all Magic Members earn points.
The Magic Rewards are based upon a 4 Status Level system, Silver (Entry level), Gold, Platinum and Magic.
Moving up to the next Status Level is simple - the more you play, the higher you go!
Specifically, the more you wager, the more Status Points you will earn.
Each Status Level offers a new set of benefits.
THE MAGIC PALACE REWARD POINTS.
The Magic Reward points do not expire. For every wagered dollar, the Magic Member earns 1 point on EGDs and for every 3$ wagered, the Magic Member earns 1 point on EGTs.
In order for the member to upgrade to a higher Status Level, the member must earn the needed points within a 365 days cycle. Once you reach a new Status Level, you are guaranteed to stay at that Level for the rest of the Calendar Year. (365 days).
Example : Member [ABC]
Registered on March 1st, 2023, and the member has earned 50,000 points until September 1st, 2023, the member is automatically upgraded to the Platinum Level and will hold that level for the next 365 days cycle, until Sept 1st, 2024.
The level points do not restart and are accumulated only during the 365 days cycle.
Magic Palace Rewards Loyalty Program Rules & Regulations:
- By participating in the Magic Rewards program (“Program”), participants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid, government issued photo identification with a proof of address in order to obtain a Magic Palace Rewards card.
- The benefits of the Program are intended and solely for the use of the person listed on the account (“Member”).
- A Member may not allow any other person to use his or her Magic Palace Rewards card or access his or her account. If a player wins a Jackpot with a card that does not belong to the player, the Jackpot will be voided.
- Magic Palace has no liability if another player uses a member´s card to redeem their points.
- Magic Palace Rewards points are non-transferable.
- All Reward Point redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of management.
- The cardholder may exchange Rewards Points in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Magic Palace may revoke a Player’s Card and may cancel the point balance on file in the event of fraud or failure to abide by membership rules or regulations.
- All Magic Palace Rewards Members that accept to have their picture taken after a win, allow Magic Palace to use these images for marketing purposes.
